Rules & Responsibilities
The Budget and Finance Committee is responsible for preparing an annual budget for the Central Committee and all of its standing and special committees and presenting this budget to the Central Committee for its approval. All requests for expenditures shall be evaluated by the Budget and Finance Committee before being presented to the rest of the Central Committee. The Treasurer shall be the designated Chairperson of the Budget and Finance Committee.
